What should I do if I am having trouble accessing online resources from off-campus?

Make sure you are accessing online resources from the library e-resources page at https://library.ku.ac.ae/eresources . Otherwise you will not be authenticated as a Khalifa University user by the University server. You will use the campus Single SignOn server to authenticate.
This login to access online resources should not be confused with individual logins WITHIN products such as IEEE or EBSCO that enable you to save searches, sign up for notifications of new articles in your research area, download articles, etc. While you may use your same email username/login for this purpose, it is not mandatory.
